Key Responsibilities

HR Award Project Support

  • Coordinate applications and track submissions.
  • Manage communications with applicants and jury members.
  • Organize selection meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Analyze application data and generate insights for the 2024 award assessment.
  • Create communication materials (presentations, reports, and promotional visuals).
  • Support the planning and execution of the HR Award ceremony.

Event Management

  • Coordinate event logistics, manage event registrations and liaise with speakers and participants.
  • Design promotional materials, including flyers, invitations, and EDMs.
  • Ensure seamless event execution, including registrations, attendance tracking, and on-site support.

Website and Social Media Support

  • Update SwissCham’s website (Glue Up) with event details and news.
  • Create compelling social media content and manage digital outreach.
  • Maintain CRM and database accuracy.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently while being a team player.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Interest in and knowledge of Swiss business and culture is preferred.
  • Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
