Service Excellence at FAIRTIQ, Young Professional
The Singapore F&B scene is one of the main arguments that convinced Julian to move to Singapore. Only a few cities in the world have such a large diversity of cuisines available. For instance, which foreign city can brag about having 8+ Swiss restaurants in a single city?!
In his foodie journey, Julian loves all styles of delicacies, from street food to fine dining. He also shows a particular interest in the cocktail scene of Singapore. Julian never misses an opportunity to support a local business (e.g. that entrepreneur who opened their own bar/restaurant).
Next to his epicurean activities, Julian is working for FAIRTIQ in Singapore. FAIRTIQ is a growing Swiss Startup revolutionising Public Transport Ticketing (if you don’t know about it, make sure to download the app ahead of your next journey to Switzerland!). In this company, Julian has the responsibility for Service Excellence: making sure that every single transaction through the platform runs smoothly.
Originally from Lausanne, Julian studied Business Administration & Innovation at the University of St. Gallen. He lives in Singapore since March 2019.
