SwissCham Modern Work HR Award 2025
We are thrilled to announce that the SwissCham Modern Work HR Award is back! This prestigious award celebrates business excellence in creating modern, dynamic, and innovative work environments. Organised by SwissCham Singapore, with Nanyang Polytechnic’s National Centre of Excellence for Workforce Learning (NACE) as the knowledge partner.
The award focuses on three key dimensions: Workforce, Workday, and Workplace, recognizing companies that foster a better, more effective, and fulfilling work experience for their employees.

Timeline
The Modern Work HR Award 2025 process is designed to be straightforward and supportive. Here's a brief overview:
- Modern Work HR Award Assessment: Take the time to complete the assessment to the best of one's capabilities. It contains fifteen open-ended questions.
- Submit Assessment Form: Submit and save your answers; you can always come back and change your responses before the deadline.
- To edit your responses, simply click the "Edit Submission" button that will be included in the email copy of your submitted form. Once you complete the form, a confirmation email with your answers and the button will be sent to you.
- Here’s what the button will look like:
- If you would like to pass the form to someone else for further edits, simply save your responses and submit the form. Then, share the confirmation page email or the unique link that is embedded in the Edit Submission button on the confirmation page with your colleague and they will be able to access and edit the form with ease.
- Jury Review: Relax, and we will contact you if additional documents or clarifications are needed. You'll have two weeks to provide them.
- HR Award Ceremony: Outstanding winners who win the jury's hearts will be invited to the Award Ceremony, where we will celebrate your company’s success and you will receive a trophy.
