Regula is Founding Partner and Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CF&OO). She is a key member

of the Leadership Team, overseeing all Asia investments and portfolio companies, and member of the Latin America Investment Committee. Regula is responsible for all corporate functions, including corporate finance, HR, IT, investor relations, legal & compliance, and fund management.

Throughout her career, Regula has held leadership roles in various sectors and regions, including corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, strategic finance/controlling and business development. Prior to joining Circulate Capital, she worked with global companies such as Hilti Group, SAM Private Equity (now Emerald Ventures), and Sulzer Group. Apart from her

corporate engagements, Regula has also been involved in the social impact space, where she established a social enterprise in the affordable housing sector in the Philippines and created a microfinance investment vehicle for the Grameen Foundation. Regula's educational background includes an MBA (Honors) in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA, and undergraduate studies completed in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and France. She is an Aspen Institute Business & Society First Movers Fellow 2011 and actively participates on several advisory boards, while also contributing as a mentor to the growth of women-led SMEs. Regula is fluent in German and English and conversant in French and Spanish. She is based in Singapore.
